Who is responsible

JGK Blissful Bites is the data controller. For anything on this page, or to ask us to delete what we hold, email hello@jgkblissfulbites.com or call 07563 923329.

What the enquiry form collects

Your name, phone number and email address; the date and time you are asking about; whether you want collection or delivery, and your address if you choose delivery; the occasion and any colour theme; the flavours and rough quantity you are interested in; how you would like them packaged; and anything you tell us about allergies or dietary requirements.

Nothing is required beyond your name, phone and email. Leave any other field blank and it is simply not sent.

Allergy and dietary information

Anything you tell us about allergies or dietary requirements is health information, which data protection law treats as a special category needing extra care. We ask for it only so that what we make is safe for you, we use it for nothing else, and we never share it for marketing. If you would rather not put it in writing, leave the field blank and tell us on the phone instead.

Why we are allowed to hold it

For your contact and order details, because you asked us to quote for something and we need them to reply and, if you go ahead, to fulfil the order. For allergy and dietary notes, because you chose to give them to us for that purpose — you can withdraw that at any time by asking us to delete them.

Who else sees it

Three services, and no one else. We do not sell or share your details.

• Formspree receives the form and emails it to us. It is based in the United States, so your enquiry is transferred outside the UK.
• Cloudflare hosts and serves this website, and its Turnstile check confirms the form is being sent by a person rather than a bot. Turnstile is designed not to track people across sites.
• Microsoft provides the email account your enquiry arrives in.

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies, and does not track you.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it: to answer your enquiry, to make and deliver your order, and afterwards to keep the business records we are legally required to keep. If you ask us to delete your details and we are not required to keep them, we will.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we are using it. Just email or call. If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
